Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Start Trading" and enter your email. We'll send you a verification link. Once verified, add your phone number and you're ready to trade!

What can I trade?

Almost anything! Electronics, clothing, furniture, books, toys, sports equipment, collectibles, and more. No weapons, hazardous materials, living things, or illegal items.

How do I list my first item?

Take a photo with your phone. Our AI will suggest a category and value range. Add any extra details and publish. That's it!

How long until I get a match?

It varies by item and location. Popular items in major cities often match within 24-48 hours. Rare items might take a week or two.

Shipping & Packaging

Do I need a printer for shipping labels?

No! Most UPS, FedEx, and USPS locations can print from a QR code. Just show your phone.

Who pays for shipping?

Each person pays to ship their own item. Free tier gets discounted labels (~$6-8). Premium members get 1 free label/month plus 30% off additional labels.

Can I use my own box?

Absolutely! Reused boxes are encouraged (#KeepTheBox). Just make sure it's sturdy and properly sealed.

Safety & Security

Is my address shared with the other person?

Never! We use proxy addresses. The other person never sees your real address, and you never see theirs.

What if I receive something different than described?

Open a dispute within 48 hours. Upload photos. Our team reviews and resolves most cases same-day. Trades can be reversed if needed.

How do you verify users?

Phone number and email required. Optional ID verification for high-value trades. All users rated by trade partners.

Disputes & Returns

How do I open a dispute?

In the app, go to the trade and click "Report Issue." Select the problem, upload photos, and describe what happened. Our team responds within 4 hours.

What happens if a trade is reversed?

Both items are returned to original owners at no cost. If an item was damaged or lost in transit, insurance covers the declared value.
